Center Conway Auto Repair

I started using Johnson's after being referred there by a friend for new tires about 18 months ago. Have used them ever since for all service on my vehicle and have always had the same excellent service. If you don't use them, you should!!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

We were staying in N. Conway for a week, skiing with the family. I backed down our driveway and my car just stopped running. I tried to crank it, it fired and then quit immediately. I just knew it was the fuel pump. I read reviews of local shops and picked Johnson's. I called them at 7:30 am, they said, "have your car towed here, and we will get it in and look at it today. I got a call at 3:00 pm. My car was done. Mike informed me, they had evaluated the problem, and it was not my fuel pump, but an impact switch designed to shut of the fuel in the event of a collision. I was expecting a $700+ bill, instead, it was $71, and I got my car back in less than a day! These guys are a rare breed now-a-days -- Honest automobile mechanics!

This a great shop for all services. Professional, friendly and never too busy for a question. Christina at the front desk is knowledgeable and a great asset to the team. I am 100% satisfied with all of the work I have had done there.

We have used Johnsons for both of our cars. Christine in the front offer is wonderful - professional and helpful. She sets the tone! They are reliable and fair. I've gad an issue with my cars computer and they have gone out of their way to check and double check. It's very much appreciated. As a woman,it is sometimes awkward to bring your car somewhere but that is not the case with Johnson's. We live in Maine and drive to Conway for service when needed. It's nice to find a place you can trust.

Thank you to Johnson's Auto Care for getting my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation, on short notice, before I went to college. They took great care of my truck and it was ready before the time promised. Andrew J

Could not be happier, i had a small accident but I messed up two tie rods. They got me immediately, gave a loaner when they could not finish, and saved me money because I have Triple-A! I was thrilled. So helpful!

I would recommend Johnson’s Automotive as they are honest and their high standards in customer service are consistent. After 4 years of being a customer I’ve never been disappointed with a service. Prices are mid range (they still by far beat dealer rates) and they stand by their parts and repairs. It’s worth paying a little more for a repair that is guaranteed.

As previously stated, I have found honesty in the service at Johnson auto service in North Conway NH, it’s all start’s with Christina at the front desk, she is a wonderful person! Then Mike takes over, my feelings are this, I have trust in Mike and his staff of auto techs and I will continue to recommend and return to Johnson auto service.

Not so sure about the most recent date, but Johnson's is quick to work with customers and provides outstanding service. I have used them for years. They get the job done right the first time, going out of the way to be professional and friendly.
