Terrible!! They have no idea what they're doing. The manager is a liar and blames customers for their mechanics wrongdoings. They are done messing up my car. They put the serpentine belt on wrong and it made the loudest noises ever and almost snapped and destroyed my car. They failed to correctly diagnose a simple starter issue when it needed to be replaced. They caused so much more problems to my car rather than fix it! I will never be returning here. Also I think a vast majority of their five star reviews are coming from friends of the owner, manager and employees to drum up more business'. They are not as great as they advertise themselves to be and they among the worst in the valley and there is quite some competition in that regard sadly! Please don't make the mistake of coming to this "so called" auto care shop.
For the record, this is the third time you have tried to leave a review about the same visit to our shop, and this time you did so from another account. Google has been taking them down because you continue to spew false information. The facts change with each review you leave. At no point was your serpentine belt installed incorrectly, nor was your vehicle ever at risk of damage from our work. We do not “blame” customers — our job is to help, not deflect responsibility. Our entire team takes pride in providing honest, professional service, and we do not fabricate reviews or ask friends/family to post them. Our five-star feedback comes from real customers who appreciate the quality of work and exceptional customer service we deliver! We work hard to earn the trust of our customers, and it's disappointing when someone chooses to make defamatory claims rather than tell the truth. Making false statements about our shop and the work we do does not reflect the service we provided. We stand by our work and are always happy to review repairs with any customer to ensure full understanding and confidence. In this case we have printed email documentation where you clearly state you were in the wrong. Johnson's is approaching our 50th year doing business in the MWV and our reputation stands for itself, even your own family members continue to bring their vehicles to us! As you said, there is "quite some competition" for auto repair shops in the area and Johnson's continues to rank among the very best. We welcome constructive feedback, but personal attacks and misinformation do not help anyone. We wish you the best in finding a repair shop that meets your expectations.
