They did a fantastic job for me thought I had big problems with my car but found that everything was under a guarantee from the parts that they had purchased. I was afraid it would cost me $1100 only cost me $96. They really look out for the customers and treat you really well.

The Flammia family has been bringing our two cars here for more than ten years. They are quite frankly extremely reputable, dependable and most importantly trustworthy! They always lead you to doing the right thing financially and safety wise. The office help is always smiling and the phones are always answered! This place hands down saved me and my children from being stranded three hours from home ! With in a hour of showing up Mike had taken care of us and also showed us some other attention needed things And got us back on the road for a three hour trip ! They also made us feel like family knowing they care not just about the money or what they can do to get more but to make sure you are safe and taken care of Appreciative is a understatement Thank you Mike and Cathryn 🙏

Everything was seamless from start to finish. Ryan was incredibly friendly and helpful. He explained everything and I felt informed about what work needed to be done and when to expect it could be completed. He made sure I had a loaner vehicle and extended it when my car wasn't ready at the end of the day. Great experience all around!

Johnson’s was super helpful to us when one of the brake calipers seized on our elderly minivan (in the middle of our vacation, though fortunately we had access to another car). They fit us into what seemed like a busy schedule, and were able to fix it in just one day! The price was fair, too. Definitely recommended. 👍

Terrible!! They have no idea what they're doing. The manager is a liar and blames customers for their mechanics wrongdoings. They are done messing up my car. They put the serpentine belt on wrong and it made the loudest noises ever and almost snapped and destroyed my car. They failed to correctly diagnose a simple starter issue when it needed to be replaced. They caused so much more problems to my car rather than fix it! I will never be returning here. Also I think a vast majority of their five star reviews are coming from friends of the owner, manager and employees to drum up more business'. They are not as great as they advertise themselves to be and they among the worst in the valley and there is quite some competition in that regard sadly! Please don't make the mistake of coming to this "so called" auto care shop.

Our 2106 Jeep Grand Cherokee had a huge engine leak. Johnson's diagnosed it the same day it was towed there, provided us an accurate estimate and fixed it it two days. We have been going to Johnsons for over ten years. The service is always professional and work quality the highest. Ryan, Catherine and Mike are always very responsive and very "User Friendly". Johnson's has always provided exceptional service for our vehicles. We highly recommend Johnson's.

We were traveling through the White Mountains and had continual failing battery...Johnson's Auto took us in and installed new battery and on the road within an hour-pleasant experience overall!
