My first experience was 10/10. I have referred many people here since. This last time, I needed a battery replaced, the girl at the front was rude on the phone, barely friendly in person, completely different not welcoming experience with the customer service associate on site. Plus the cost was $50 higher than if AAA had installed it roadside. Seems suspicious.
Hi Marchian, We're happy to hear you had great service the last time you were in and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience this time. I'm sorry you didn't feel your experience was at the high level it was last time, and the high level our customers have come to expect from the entire staff at Johnson's. We have never had a complaint about Katherine being rude on the phone or in person. As a matter of fact, we usually receive compliments on how friendly she is, along with the rest of our employees. If Katherine, or anyone else here was having an "off" day, then we apologize that you didn't get to experience Johnson's at our best, as you had during your prior visit.
As for the cost of the battery, I can not speak to AAA's pricing. What I can say is that you were given, and agreed to a price, before we installed your new battery. Nothing suspicious about that!
