Appointments that are 'Drop Off' need to be verified as such with customers both when an appointment is made and upon arrival on the day of the appointment. My recent visit had niether of these occur. Perhaps a message board clipped to the inside wall of the front desk could alert the staff to remeber this critical component to providing good customer service. Although I was able to overlook this inconvenience ( 7:30am to 9:45am for oil change and tire switch), I may not be so willingly amicable next time.
