Mark-We're sorry you're frustrated about the truck not passing inspection. As a certified NH State Inspection Station we are required to follow NH inspection laws when it comes to a pass/fail. The truck had extensive rot to the frame. NH law states: "A vehicle shall be rejected if the frame or other structural components are broken, cracked or rusted to a degree that affects the safety of the vehicle". Johnson's doesn't perform this type of work, so this was in no way to boost sales so it's unfortunate you believe you needed to take the truck elsewhere. Any mechanic, who is in fact trust worthy, should be telling you the same thing.

The check engine light came on and stayed on...releasing the gas cap did not cancel it. We much appreciate you fitting this situation in on Thursday, locating the cause, and replacing the spark plug wires. Therefore, we were able to use the car during the weekend. We did not need to use your loaner vehicle, although you made it available to us if we needed it. Thank you for your customer service and professional work.

This shop gives me a great help when my exhaust pipe drops off, they help me on the very early morning. My English is not good, but they’re so kind and patient!

They looked my truck over and they said all it needed was an oil change and swap the lug nuts. Very content with service to date.

I wanted to have the truck serviced and stay ahead of the curve. So the truck just turned over 91000 miles and has been great. I wanted to make sure all was good with the fall and not far away winter. So took it to Johnson's for a peek. Great news that the only thing needed was an oil change and swap out the lug nuts. DONE! Very content with the service to date. Thank you guys for all you do!
