Per usual, great experience. Friendly professional staff, reliable service, reasonable rates, and free coffee (!).
We came in for a tire rotation but found our tires needed to be replaced......No problem.....It was done quickly......the new tires gave us a smooth ride home! Yeah!
Had an issue with my “Clutch” during a ride in my classic car. Brought the car to three shops. Shop #1 did not want to take the time to look at the car. Shop #2 wanted to charge me $105 to look at the car. Shop #3 was Johnson’s. They had a mechanic take a drive with me to verify there was an issue - yes there was. I made an appointment with them. They contacted the engine and transmission builder in Virginia for more information on the “Clutch”. The engine builder gave them some important information in relation to the repair. The “Clutch” only needed adjustment. The work was completed by their mechanic. What I thought could have been a charge of $1000 to $1500 ended up being $0.00 (no charge). Nice to know that there are honest people out there. They have won my business! Thank you very much!

Annual inspection was completed today with Johnson’s usual friendly, quick and efficient service.
Wasn't thrilled at how long my inspection took but was needed to find the problems needing to be fixed
