I stopped by to see if I could sneak in for service as I was passing by. As expected they were busy. I wanted to do a 90,000 mile service check and made an appointment for it. They do great work and been very satisfied with results to date. As I was making the appointment Katherine was making notes. I told her that truck was running ok except for a couple of annoyances. 1) washer fluid line might have a blockage. Streaming poorly on drivers side and not at all on passenger side. 2) was a tire sensor driver side front. Katherine told me she could squeeze me in for the second issue of two. Sure enough it was the sensor in that wheel as was confirmed. One less thing to think about in two weeks thank you Katherine. Everyone is great and easy to speak with.

I’ve been using Johnson’s Auto for all my maintenance needs many years and several vehicles. The team are friendly, professional and helpful. They accommodate any reasonable request for logistics and service, and probably a few that are unreasonable. But they help out anyway as best they can. I recommend them fully.

Johnson's correctly diagnosed the cause of the squeaking/dragging noise coming from the left front wheel area. They were able to provide a loaner car for us to use over the weekend. After telling us the problem (frozen brake caliper) and discussing the remedy, it was decided to replace L and R calipers, pads, and rotors. L and R sides were completed so future brake wear would start off 'equal.' It is a pleasure to deal with Johnson's...they are friendly and competent.

Unscheduled issue with tires. Took me in right away and replaced a sensor gone bad. Thank you.

Called to get my AC recharged. They are booked solid for 2 weeks. Folks are nice.

My new to me '09 Jetta TDI is a rehab of sorts. Just drove it 3K miles to NH from Florida. I enjoyed visiting with another customer while I waited for my oil change. I've been a customer for years and have always driven cars I can depend on because of the experience, knowledge and reliable service Mike and his techs provide. I'm looking forward to driving this car for many years to come. (I've gone back to the future. Its an actual car...lol... a turbo diesel you can shift, hear and feel) ;)

Scheduling appointments are easy. Vehicle is always ready when they say it will be ready. Overall great service! :)
