My ABS and traction control light was tripped was the initial reason I set up a visit with Johnson's. The lights eventually went away on dashboard but I wanted them to have a look at the truck anyway. I am glad I did. They found a bad bearing on left side and lower ball joint on right side. Sensor on hub assembly might have been reason for lights. All is good. Thanksgiving them for their diligence I get to keep on trucking

Setting up, with Ryan, the appointment to look/listen regarding brake rubbings when descending long hills was easy, and I felt that Ryan understood my concerns. Talked on the phone with Mike later in the day of the work. He explained what they learned, and we made an appointment for pad and rotor replacement. I requested replacing thermostat. You folks did so. Now I have strong temperature of heat, and it comes to life relatively quickly. Katherine is calm, knowledgeable, and efficient. It is a pleasure having the Johnsons employees keeping our automobiles in fine condition!!!

I had been monitoring air pressure for last two weeks and determined that had a slow leak in front right. With only a days notice they allowed me to stop by so they could resolve any issue but I would have have to wait for a technician availability, I didn't have to wait at all, they found a screw shrapnel lodged into the tread and a quick plug has resolved the issue. My previous message for interrupted by some spam. So I am starting again. You diagnosed the variations in operation of the high beam, low beam, and 'fog' lights and found the cause of the problems. Then you corrected the situation. All the lights work now when they are supposed to. Thank you again for your professional work.

We were working on the road on a hot day. A employee came out and gave a cold bottled water. If this speaks to the rest of the people there I would definitely do business with them
