Center Conway Auto Repair

I always get great service and friendly customer service. The work done is superb, although a little pricey, but it’s probably the industry standard. The mechanic has no problem answering any question and will call to discuss repairs before doing them. The only problem I found is this last time a fairly new battery was dead when I picked it up. After getting home an alarm went off when I started to get out of my car. After searching for the culprit my lights were in the always on position. I always keep them on auto. I believe when they inspected my car they checked the lights and left them on when finished. Strange they didn’t hear the alarm but maybe it was noisy? Anyway, a little annoying but mistakes are made. *This is the second time my battery died there but not sure if I had a bad battery that time. I will continue to bring my car to Johnsons though and just remind them to check the lights. I would give them 5 stars normally because I know this was a fluke!

Great job on air suspension replacement. Beautiful ride made it ride back to when was new! Also always great to deal with Mike , who explains the issues well and Kathrine explained my points and discounts with aaa , which helped with cost of repairs. The whole staff does great work. I trust Johnson’s with my all my automotive needs.

Safety is my top priority, not once in the many years Johnson's Auto Ctr has proven over & over again. front office staff is awesome in providing you as to the status and the cost prior to all repairs.

great customer service. if you need a ride home or work while car is being repair they help you with that. been going ther over 5 years. always honest . if work can wait they tell you.
