I trust that the repairs are completed correctly, haven’t ever needed to return for rework repairs. Loaner vehicle is also a plus. Note: The cost of repairs seems to be higher then other service centers for same like repairs, but you get what you pay for sometimes.

I'm glad you continue to trust in the repairs/work you have done at Johnson's. In response to your note about pricing: There aren't many local repair shops that are equal to Johnson's in all aspects. So it's hard to compare "apples to apples" so to speak. We offer free loaner vehicles, a warranty on all parts and labor that far exceeds the industry standard and we are an approved AAA Repair Facility which means we have to meet their high standards of excellence as well. Our commitment to top notch customer service as well as our community involvement all factor into the "whole picture"

I emerged from the devastation of the 'storm', cell phone on 6%, needed a bathroom, etc...Christina had a charger and plugged it in for me, I enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee, and a drink of cold water, watched the news, my puppy loves to keep an eye on our car and the mechanics, and my repair time flew by. Leaving with snows on, phone charged and me, caffeinated. I have recommended your services to several friends.
