They do good work and the people there are friendly and helpful, but they are expensive (over $150 for 4 spark plugs?) and I’ve found that the techs will report something needs to be replaced when it can be repaired, so service manager will just tell you what the tech recommends instead of looking at it more closely and finding an alternate, less expensive option. Doesn’t always happen especially with cut and dry items like worn out brake pads or a gaping hole in the exhaust, but it does happen. Diagnosing a problem is expensive and sometimes unnecessary. I was charged over $80 for diagnosing a recall issue. I was even given the NHTSA recall info with my state inspection report. Overall they are a good shop and the people are very helpful. The free loaner cars are very convenient although I feel we pay for that in the repair costs. I trust them more than I would a dealer service department but they could improve on cost and looking at issues more closely to see if there are alternatives that will save their customers money.
