Always accommodating. Scheduled appointment for oil change a week in advance. In the meantime had a headlight go out and broken wiper so needed those replaced as well. Not a problem to add the extra service to my already scheduled appointment. Very efficient

Mike Ford did a fantastic job on all my past vehicles. College graduate and has all eight A.S.E.'s. (American Standard of Excellence) Always done right the first time.

I live locally and Johnsons is the only garage I use. They are always friendly, and fair.

We were up north from Florida and experienced transmission problems. The gentleman was very honest and helpful....highly recommend.

These guys advertise locally all the time. I had a leaky tire that needed a repair--a15 min job. Stopped by, was told they couldn't see me for a week! Guy then asked if I bought the tires there (no, I'm a part-time resident, do you only give service to people that buy tires there?). He was apologetic, said "I hate to turn business away," to which I said "Well, you are." I won't bother to return.

On vacation with my family and small children, our van was experiencing transmission problems when we drove to N. Conway to visit Story Land. The local car mechanic near Story Land did not work on transmissions, but he recommended Johnson's. I called and spoke with Chris. He fit me in with an early afternoon appointment, diagnosed the problem promptly, and gave me a loaner car while the shop made the repair that very afternoon. So I was able to rejoin my family at Story Land while the van was getting fixed. The van was fixed quickly and well, at a reasonable price, so that it was safe to drive across the remote mountain roads of that area. I cannot recommend Johnson's highly enough for their friendliness, professionalism, and high level of service.
