I am new to the area and needed an oil change. I heard Johnson's was good so I went there. I also had a coupon for a free oil change and when I arrived, was prepared to pay for an upgrade to synthetic. I was informed there is no upcharge for synthetic oil and was actually given a choice of oil they would use! Besides that, the staff was friendly and very efficient. I like the option of keeping my service records online and the points system is an added bonus. It felt nice to be treated this way.

They are thorough, friendly, experienced, and I always feel like I'm getting the best service. I appreciate their straight-forward advice and never feel like I'm being deceived. They explain problems and solutions in a way that I can understand, but I never feel "talked down to." Their prices are always fair. I would recommend them to anyone in the valley for truly quality auto maintenance.
