Stopped in with a problem and needed a new tire. I couldn't drive the van due to the tire, so I brought it in by pickup. They were gracious enough to replace the tire and let me go home to return with the van once that tire was mounted. Upon my return, they torqued the lugs on that tire and added the other new tire. Once the job was done, then they charged me. I guess I could have left town with a new tire and never come back, but it was more important to have a mechanic shop you can trust for continued patronage. Later, we came back and added another couple of new tires. Pay it forward!
