From the first call through the whole experience to picking the car up they are incredible. Customer service is a lost art these days but not here. They squeezed me in on short notice, drove me back to my house after determining it was a longer repair job, offered to pick me back up and the communication throughout the day was great. So nice to see a small business like this doing things the right way and presumably thriving as the waiting room was crowded. Thanks all

Per usual, the staff did us up right...I had broken my heal after making the appt., no problem...they rebooked us on short notice, as we were flying out to our FL house in a few days...and we were even able to use our service points for the bill. Would go no where else!!! Bob and Sara B

My 1998 Monte Carlo is pushing 22 years (I bought her new) and Johnson's has been taking care of her since after warranty. They know I love her and react accordingly. The work is always well done, but most importantly, the technicians and office staff know me well and know how much I love my car. They always give me alternatives and fully explain the work they will be doing, no matter the cost. I TRUST THEM and recommend them to anyone!! Oh, and they offer no cost loaners, another plus!!

always very helpful..prompt service

Stopped in due to blinking brake light on panel. Car was checked out quickly and technician found there was no problem with brakes or fluid level. Suggested that it may be an electrical issue and recommended that if it occurs again to call and they would follow up on the electrical angle. Have had no problem with light coming on again
