We were only going to be in The Valley for ten days and I wanted to get new tires. I called in advance to have them ordered due to their size. My appointment was 7:30 am sharp. Tires were mounted and I was on my way by 9:15, completely satisfied. Now that's what I call customer service.

Brought car in for wining noise and inspection check for long up coming trip. Mike called explained what found and cost to fix. Also gave estimate for a future service and cost options. The current service replaced back brakes and pulleys on engine. I had $100.00 credit for past points and aaa discount put towards repair and saved $150.00 which was great. Drove truck after repair, omg !, a beautiful solid ride , I didn’t realize what a difference. Christina and Mike who I dealt with this time and in past are great friendly people, someone you can trust for auto service. Thank you Johnson’s !

What can I say about the staff here? Each and everyone of them went above and beyond to help us in our situation! We broke down in New Hampshire, heading from Maine back home to Vermont, something we thought was gonna be a simple tire change ended up being much more, we needed new lugs, then we found out the rear brake line blew. It went from what could of been such an awful day, to a wonderful experience with some of the most amazing souls I have ever met! I would recommend this garage to anyone and everyone!! I’d give you guys more then 5 stars, if only that was possible!!

The annual maintenance check was excellent. Routine state inspection and work on rear brakes went smoothly. Overall, a professional job by a well trained staff.
