I am sorry that your recent visit did not meet your expectations. Your vehicle did not pass New Hampshire state inspection due to worn out tires. We strive to provide exceptional honest service and hope that you understand we need to follow the NH laws regarding the safety of vehicles on the road. As with any item that fails state inspection, the tires do not have to be purchased at our facility but can be purchased anywhere. After tires have been installed that pass inspection, you can bring your vehicle back to have the sticker issued to your vehicle.

Checked 120000 miles service and adviced me of what they found and gave advice for future reference. Happy they only did what needed to be done. Very thorough and they explained minor things they will keep eye on in future and fix if needed. All very friendly and makes you feel confident with advice. No unnecessary services, very trustworthy in my past 34 years dealing with all car service places.

Great quality honest service

I scheduled an apt to get an inspection sticker. I arrived on time and was taken right away. The very nice young man working on my car told me I had a problem with my brake pads...surprised because my car is fairly new. He said this was definitely a safety issued..fixed me up and all was good. While I was there a woman showed up with a flat tire, looking to by a new one. The receptionist, the best by the way, suggested they may be able to fix the tire rather than buy a new one. It turned out they could, cost $20. This is admirable. ps - my tire pressure light was on last week. I called to see if it could wait til my upcoming inspection appt. The nice young man on the phone said best bring it down now. So I did, fixed me up right then and there. No charge and I was on my way. The receptionist, the best, explained all to me regarding tire pressure and the weather. Johnson's you are the best and have my business. Keep up the good work!

From the minute you enter the door until your car is fixed, Johnson's is the best place to take your auto. Kristine at front desk is extremely efficient and pleasant.
