I made an appointment for my 100,000 maintenance and new front brakes and rotors. Got a loaner, went back later to pick up my car. The estimate was ways below actual price, the rotors and brakes were 'forgotten'. I went to parking lot and could see the old rotors a mile away. I went back in and was told oops. It was agreed that for my 'emergency brake job' I would be charged $400.00!!!!! I almost lost it, poor Christina looked like she was gonna cry she felt so bad...I opted not to have it done out of pure anger. I purchased my own rotors and pads( lifetime guarantee all for $70.00 and i did it myself in the rain in my parking lot. Not happy. ITS SO HARD TO FIND A GOOD TRUSTWORTHY MECHANIC THAT I AM CONFUSED ON IF THEY STILL WILL BE MY MECHANIC. I know mistakes happen but this one was a Huge mistake.

I trust that the repairs are completed correctly, haven’t ever needed to return for rework repairs. Loaner vehicle is also a plus. Note: The cost of repairs seems to be higher then other service centers for same like repairs, but you get what you pay for sometimes.

I'm glad you continue to trust in the repairs/work you have done at Johnson's. In response to your note about pricing: There aren't many local repair shops that are equal to Johnson's in all aspects. So it's hard to compare "apples to apples" so to speak. We offer free loaner vehicles, a warranty on all parts and labor that far exceeds the industry standard and we are an approved AAA Repair Facility which means we have to meet their high standards of excellence as well. Our commitment to top notch customer service as well as our community involvement all factor into the "whole picture"

I emerged from the devastation of the 'storm', cell phone on 6%, needed a bathroom, etc...Christina had a charger and plugged it in for me, I enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee, and a drink of cold water, watched the news, my puppy loves to keep an eye on our car and the mechanics, and my repair time flew by. Leaving with snows on, phone charged and me, caffeinated. I have recommended your services to several friends.

AAA semi annual check-up efficient work for a good price. Mechanic was on top of the work, and took the time to explain all issues.
