I've never had a bad experience at Johnson's

I am a Canadian and was travelling through New Hampshire with my children for summer holidays when my car broke down. Thankfully, I called AAA and they highly recommended that I have my vehicle towed to Johnson's. When the tow truck driver came (Bill) he, too, said that Johnson's was the very best place to do business. He described them as honest and fair and said they did great work. He couldn't have been more right! It was lunchtime on Friday, heading into the Labour Day weekend when my car arrived at Johnson's. Christina, at the front desk, was an absolute gem. She offered my kids and I a courtesy vehicle while they had a look at my car. I expressed grave concern about needing my car repaired before the end of the day as we had to return to Canada to get back to work and the start of school. The garage was packed with other cars needing repairs and, in fairness, they were not in a position to "bump" anyone else out of the way to get to my car sooner. As much as I was stressed about the timing of everything, this way of doing business certainly spoke to their integrity and fairness in customer care. As it turned out, they managed to fit my car in for repairs and we were home free in time for the weekend and our return trip to Canada. What's more, Johnson's offered a 10% discount for AAA and CAA members :) Mike, the diagnostics technician went above and beyond to clarify some of the paperwork that I needed once I got back to Canada. He was efficient and very gracious in how he handled my situation with the paperwork. I commend Johnson's on their excellence in customer care and service delivery and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs vehicle repairs! Thanks, guys. You rock!!
