Johnson's always does a great job. My tire rotations are free as I purchased my tires from them. I just drop the car off on my way to work, pick it up on the way home. They make it very easy! The only difference I wish for is for them to be open on Saturdays.

I was on a ski vacation, and when I arrived in North Conway, I noticed a knocking noise coming from the left front tire area. I continued to drive for a few days and the noise became more frequent. I contacted Johnson's, and they got me in the next day to take a look at it. They were very busy, had staff out with Covid, and said they could take a look at the car to see if it was safe to drive, but would probably have to schedule repair later. Definitely not safe to drive. The technician informed me that the lug nuts for the left front tire were very loose, & the tire could have fallen off. He tightened the lug nuts, problem fixed, and no charge for the service. I highly recommend Johnson's. Professional & courteous staff, great service.

Have been going to Johnson's for a number of years, and have always had great service. Being able to get a loaner car is a plus for me.

I am so pleased with Johnson's and always have been since moving to this area about twenty years ago. They are reliable, dependable, quick to respond, and so courteous and welcoming.

So car broke down, never a .good thing. However the whole experience was made tolerable by your manager Mike T. What a star, kept me informed in what was for him a big problem, I’ll always bring my cars to Johnson’s because of your staff led by Mike.
