My car broke down on the way to a trailhead. I had it towed to Johnson’s for repair. They were able to look at it within a couple of days and fix it within 2-3 days (including sourcing of parts for a 16 year old car). During their diagnosis, they were able to identify a few other things that would be repaired in the future. They didn’t try to pressure me into fixing right away. Pricing was fair.
