I took my 2013 Nissan Frontier into the shop due to a loud rattling noise coming from the undercarriage. They found 2 issues - 1, a loose heat shield on the exhaust pipe and 2, a broken leaf spring on the rear drivers side. I spoke to Mike and he said the heat shield fix would be cheap but replacing the leaf spring would not. He was also kind enough to recommend a spring repair shop who could likely repair the spring (not replace it) at a much lower cost. I went with the option of repairing it at the other shop. When I went to pick my truck up from Johnson's, I was given a repair bill of less than $20.00. Imagine my surprise at such a low cost for a full inspection and repair. The spring repair at the other shop was $180.00 (as opposed to well over $1,000.00) and I cannot thank Mike and the team at Johnson's enough for steering me in the right direction. What a great and honest business - We are lucky to have them so close to us. Customer for life here.
Maylo-So glad this all worked out for you! When we can offer more cost effective solutions for our customers, that's what we do! We truly appreciate your repeat business and hope you'll give us a call the next time you have repair/service/tire needs!
