Problem starting the car, as soon as it was seen the tech. new what the problem was and the repair was made the same day in record time.

I recently had my Toyota Tacoma in to Johnson's for an oil change and seasonal check over, which thankfully included a tire rotation, thanks to Mike Tetrault. (not sure of spelling).... All went well and the truck drives better now. (I always forget the tires!! Oops) Thanks, Mike!!

Everybody at Johnson's is friendly and efficient, and the service is always great. But be warned that if you ask for a loaner while your vehicle is being serviced, you may get one that is dirty inside and out, with no AC (on a 92 degree day).

I'm sorry you didn't feel that our loaner vehicles, which are offered FREE of charge to our customers didn't meet your standards. It was exceptionally hot (record breaking) the day you were here for a quick service. Our number one priority is to make sure the vehicles we loan out are safe to be driven, which they are. You could have opted to reschedule on a cooler day, or waited in our waiting area for your vehicle to be done. In the future we'd be happy to rent you a vehicle through the business relationship we have with Enterprise and we'll add the cost to your bill. There are always options for you, and we'd be happy to accommodate the best we can!

This was not my first visit here. It will certainly be my last visit here. They broke my glovebox, then denied it. No question. No apology. I also had a previous flap about a bulb they had replaced. Shoddy service. Shoddy customer service. My kingdom for a decent, reputable repair shop. It's certainly not this one, AAA approved, or not. Avoid this place, with no apology.

Johnson's knows why this bad review is here. They broke a piece of my vehicle. They denied breaking said vehicle piece. No question. No apology. Bad service. Bad customer service. I will suggest you go to the dealership, before you bring your car here.

We do appreciate your repeat business and I’m sorry you believe we broke your glove box. However, we had no reason to be in your glove box while your vehicle was in our shop. When you brought it up we asked you to let us take a look at it to see what the issue was, but you refused. Unfortunately, we can’t go about taking care of an issue if we can’t even lay an eye on it. Even though we had no reason to be in or near your glove box to cause the damage, we were still looking to take the steps to correct the issue because that’s the kind of TOP NOTCH customer service we offer. Our general manager even went as far as reaching out to you by phone, but as of now you have not returned his phone call.

If you had a previous issue about a bulb we replaced, it should have been brought to our attention as we can’t correct things we don’t know about.

We are a AAA Repair Facility. Which means maintaining strict standards in order to keep our AAA status. We must provide best in the nation warranty, insurance, technicians, and customer service! Above all that, we have been doing business in the Mount Washington Valley for over 45 years. We wouldn’t be here if we offered “bad” service and certainly not with “bad” customer service. Our long standing reputation speaks for itself, and so do the hundreds of on line reviews that mention our excellent customer service.
