We brought in our work vehicle for an inspection and it couldn’t be completed on the day of the appointment we had scheduled 10 days ahead of time. It was done late the following day, but we had to rent a uhaul truck so we could work the following day. If not we would have had to cancel deliveries for our customers. Usually good but not this time.
Sean, Since you wrote this review I believe the situation has been explained and turned out to be a misunderstanding about the appointments. The appointment request we received for a state inspection was a last minute, "can you squeeze us in" request. We asked for the vehicle to be dropped off on Thursday 5/6 and mentioned on the phone if we couldn't get it in on Thursday we'd take care of it on Friday. Katherine called you on Thursday afternoon and left a message letting you know we'd be doing the inspection first thing on Friday. The inspection was done and ready to go first thing on Friday morning with no issues mentioned at the time. Please give me a call if you would like to discuss any of this in more detail.
