As usual the service I receive at Johnson Auto is the best.

As usual, great service.

I had a tire problem and had the car towed to Johnson's. This was during a weekend so I left a voicemail message. I called them first thing Monday and they had reviewed the message and assured me they would fix the problem that day. They had it ready that afternoon.

I brought my car in for an inspection. Needed all new tires to pass. Probably took about an hour to get it all done.

I called to make an appointment to have my annual state inspection done and was told they aren’t doing appointments for them due to high demand (my fault for waiting until the end of the month). The office manager realized I have a very late model vehicle and said if I could get in at 7:30, I could wait. I did that and, as promised, was in & out within an hour. Just another example of how Johnson’s goes above and beyond to accommodate their customers.

I dropped my pickup truck off in the morning for heating issue and they were able to find out the problem was just a radiator cap that was bad but not noticable to me. Thanks for a great job ?
