I brought my car in for an inspection. Needed all new tires to pass. Probably took about an hour to get it all done.

I called to make an appointment to have my annual state inspection done and was told they aren’t doing appointments for them due to high demand (my fault for waiting until the end of the month). The office manager realized I have a very late model vehicle and said if I could get in at 7:30, I could wait. I did that and, as promised, was in & out within an hour. Just another example of how Johnson’s goes above and beyond to accommodate their customers.

I dropped my pickup truck off in the morning for heating issue and they were able to find out the problem was just a radiator cap that was bad but not noticable to me. Thanks for a great job ?

Brought my 2013 Nissan Frontier in for an inspection sticker. Truck was in fine condition except for a front ball joint. They replaced it and it passed with flying colors. Very helpful folks with great communication skills. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need.

4 new tires and an oil change, Receptionist very helpful needed to add on an oil change, done. On another occasion a wire was hanging out the back, no appointment and a very nice man came out to evaluate situation. ( it was not from the car,I had run over this wire and it wrapped around wheel he knew immediately it was not from the car) ?
