Brought my 2013 Nissan Frontier in for an inspection sticker. Truck was in fine condition except for a front ball joint. They replaced it and it passed with flying colors. Very helpful folks with great communication skills. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need.

4 new tires and an oil change, Receptionist very helpful needed to add on an oil change, done. On another occasion a wire was hanging out the back, no appointment and a very nice man came out to evaluate situation. ( it was not from the car,I had run over this wire and it wrapped around wheel he knew immediately it was not from the car) ?

Brought my '96 Dodge Dakota in for an inspection sticker after visiting another shop who came up with a laundry list of repairs for a 26 year old truck. I told Johnson's that I just needed to get a sticker but if they wanted to go over the whole truck and come up with a quote, they could do that. Well, they were very thorough and did a full inspection for free. That's right, free. They gave me the short list of what I needed to pass inspection plus a list of other things I should consider doing to keep the truck running well. After some consideration, I gave them the green light to do all of the work on the truck. They were quick to get me an appointment and even called at the end of the day to say they would need the truck for one more day (2 in total) to complete the work. All in all, I had a great experience and will be going back in the future.

Johnson's Auto is soooo reliable. I have an older car and they help me keep it running inexpensively and efficiently. Old or new I would never trust anyone with my vehicle but Johnson's. Thank you again to all at Johnson's Auto for your SUPER SERVICE!!
